One of the greatest opportunities I have as an artist is to make a painting about and for a specific person. With these paintings I meet with you to get to know who you are, what you enjoy, and explore what would be the perfect painting for you.

I will give you updates throughout the painting process and of course you are always welcome to come visit your painting (many enjoy seeing the magic of a painting’s transformation). Through this process all of my clients to date have been thrilled with the final product. However, should there be any problems, I will do everything possible to turn your dream painting into an invaluable reality. All images on this page are commissioned works that have become personal relics cherished by their owners and will be passed down for generations to come. If you have any questions or would like to consider a trade please feel free to write me and I will do my best to answer them.

Still-Life Commissions

After agreeing on the size and price for the piece, there is a $250 design fee due. At this point the fun begins. We will then go on the hunt for objects that are both personal and beautiful. I will borrow these treasures, returning to my studio to arrange and photograph five to ten compositions that I think will fulfill your dreams. I will send you these via email and eagerly wait your response. If there are any changes in color, light, composition etc. I will continue to refine the arrangement till you have something that is exactly what you want. After you have given me the go ahead, I will put on my smock and get to work.
